Initial Appointment  On your first dental appointment we spend time to conduct a thorough examination. This will include listening to your goals and objectives, getting to know you, complete medical and dental histories, necessary radiographs also known as x-rays, clinical examination of the head and neck areas as well as your teeth, gums, and oral cancer screening. On your second visit we will discuss both the conditions present, and the recommended dental care for you to achieve oral health. If more than one method of treatment warrants consideration, each will be discussed with you. An estimate of the fees will be given at this time. Continued Dental Care We believe that one of the most important services we have to offer is a plan for preventive dentistry. For this reason all patients are asked to return at periodic intervals for preventive examination and professional cleaning. The number of months between the recare visits will depend upon the condition present in each individual’s mouth. Insurance We honor all dental plans that allow the patient freedom of choice of a dental provider. We will be glad to submit claims for you to your dental benefit plan. Our dental team is very knowledgeable in the area of insurance. Our patient care coordinator will help you with your dental benefit plan. Prior to any treatment, fees and your financial responsibilities will be discussed with you. Financial arrangements We offer full range of convenient payment options for you to choose from. We accept cash, checks, Visa, Master Card, American Express, Discover, and Debit Cards. We also offer Care Credit, no interest payment plans, because your smile is important to us. With Care Credit you can: Start Treatment immediately and pay over time with low minimum monthly payments. Reserve existing credit cards for household or unplanned expenses Have no annual fees. The need to change your appointment time We do everything possible to arrange a convenient appointment for you. If you cannot keep your appointment, please notify our office immediately.  We request that you give us at least two complete business days of notice.  A broken appointment without two business days advanced notification is subject to a fee.
